NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Dopolnilo k evropskemu standardu SIST EN ISO 37101:2023/A1:2024 je pripravil tehnični odbor ISO/TC
268 Trajnostna mesta in skupnosti v sodelovanju s tehničnim odborom CEN/TC 465 Trajnostna mesta
in skupnosti, katerega sekretariat vodi AFNOR.

Slovensko dopolnilo k standardu SIST EN ISO 37101:2023/A1:2024 je prevod evropskega dopolnila k
standardu EN ISO 37101:2022/A1:2024. V primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem
dopolnilu k standardu je odločilno izvirno dopolnilo k evropskemu standardu v enem od treh uradnih
jezikov CEN. Slovensko izdajo dopolnila k standardu je pripravil Strokovni svet SIST za področja
elektrotehnike, informacijske tehnologije in telekomunikacij.

Odločitev za izdajo tega dopolnila k standardu je 1. novembra 2024 sprejel Strokovni svet SIST za
področja elektrotehnike, informacijske tehnologije in telekomunikacij.

OSNOVA ZA IZDAJO DOPOLNILA K STANDARDU

– privzem dopolnila k standardu EN ISO 37101:2022/A1:2024

OPOMBE
– Povsod, kjer se v besedilu dopolnila k standardu uporablja izraz “dopolnilo k evropskemu
standardu”, v SIST EN ISO 37101:2023/A1:2024 to pomeni “dopolnilo k slovenskemu standardu”.
– Nacionalni uvod in nacionalni predgovor nista sestavni del dopolnila k standardu.
– Ta nacionalni dokument je istoveten EN ISO 37101:2022/A1:2024 in je objavljen z dovoljenjem

To dopolnilo A1 spreminja evropski standard EN ISO 37101:2022 in ga je CEN sprejel 2. septembra
2024.
Člani CEN morajo izpolnjevati določila notranjih predpisov CEN/CENELEC, s katerimi je predpisano,
da mora biti to dopolnilo brez kakršnihkoli sprememb sprejet kot nacionalni standard. Seznami
najnovejših izdaj teh nacionalnih standardov in njihovi bibliografski podatki so na voljo na zahtevo pri
Upravnem centru CEN-CENELEC ali kateremkoli članu CEN.

To dopolnilo obstaja v treh uradnih izdajah (angleški, francoski in nemški). Izdaje v drugih jezikih, ki
jih člani CEN na lastno odgovornost prevedejo in izdajo ter prijavijo pri Upravnem centru CEN-
CENELEC, veljajo kot uradne izdaje.

This amendment A1 modifies the European Standard EN ISO 37101:2022; it was approved by CEN on 2 September 2024.

CEN members are bound to comply with the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations which stipulate the conditions for inclusion of
this amendment into the relevant national standard without any alteration. Up-to-date lists and bibliographical references
concerning such national standards may be obtained on application to the CEN-CENELEC Management Centre or to any CEN
member.
This amendment exists in three official versions (English, French, German). A version in any other language made by translation
under the responsibility of a CEN member into its own language and notified to the CEN-CENELEC Management Centre has the
same status as the official versions.

CEN members are the national standards bodies of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia,

The text of ISO 37101:2016/Amd 1:2024 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 268
"Sustainable cities and communities” of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and
has been taken over as EN ISO 37101:2022/A1:2024 by Technical Committee CEN/TC 465 “Sustainable
Cities and Communities” the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.
This Amendment to the European Standard EN ISO 37101:2022 shall be given the status of a national
standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by March 2025, and
conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by March 2025.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
Any feedback and questions on this document should be directed to the users’ national standards body.

ISO 37101:2016 establishes requirements for a management system for

organizational framework by itself is considered to constitute an organization
as defined in ISO 37101:2016.
ISO 37101:2016 is applicable to communities of all sizes, structures and
types, in developed or developing countries, at local, regional or national
levels, and in defined urban or rural areas, at their respective level of
responsibility.
ISO 37101:2016 can be used in whole or in part to improve the management of
sustainable development in communities. Claims of conformity to ISO 37101:2016,
however, are not acceptable unless all its requirements are incorporated into an
organization's management system for sustainable development in communities and
fulfilled without exclusion.

This document does not address legal and other obligations relating to climate action.
In this document, either natural or technological sequestrations occur inside the geographical and sectoral boundaries considered in the sectoral transition plan. Otherwise, they are excluded.
In this document, considering its energy consumptions and its cost, the direct air capture and storage technology (DACS) is not considered relevant and is excluded from the sectoral transition plan.
Carbon offsets are excluded from this document.
NOTE   Carbon offsets are intended as be understood as "Emissions reduction or removal resulting from an action outside the geographical and sectoral boundary used to counterbalance the sector’s residual emissions".
