This Standard specifies star sensor performances as part of a space project. The Standard covers all aspects of performances, including nomenclature, definitions, and performance requirements for the performance specification of star sensors.
The Standard focuses on:
- performance specifications (including the impact of temperature, radiation and straylight environments);
- robustness (ability to maintain functionalities under non nominal environmental conditions).
Other specification types, for example mass and power, housekeeping data and data structures, are outside the scope of this Standard.
This Standard also proposes a standard core of functional interfaces defined by unit suppliers and avionics primes in the context of Space AVionics Open Interface aRchitecture (SAVOIR) initiative.
When viewed from the perspective of a specific project context, the requirements defined in this Standard should be tailored to match the genuine requirements of a particular profile and circumstances of a project.
This standard may be tailored for the specific characteristics and constraints of a space project in conformance with ECSS-S-ST-00.

This Standard specifies gyros functions and performances as part of a space project. This Standard covers aspects of functional and performance requirements, including nomenclature, definitions, functions and performance metrics for the performance specification of spaceborne gyros.
The Standard focuses on functional and performance specifications with the exclusion of mass and power, TM/TC interface and data structures.
When viewed from the perspective of a specific project context, the requirements defined in this Standard can be tailored to match the genuine requirements of a particular profile and circumstances of a project.
The requirements verification by test can be performed at qualification level only or also at acceptance level. It is up to the Supplier, in agreement with the customer, to define the relevant verification approach in the frame of a specific procurement, in accordance with clause 5.2 of ECSS-E-ST-10-02.
The present standard does not cover gyro use for launch vehicles.
This standard can be tailored for the specific characteristics and constraints of a space project in conformance with ECSS-S-ST-00.

This document reviews the structural changes that have been precipitated by the COVID-19 pandemic in Remote Connected Care and Mobile Health (RCC-MH). The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on care settings such as home and community care, acute care and outpatient care are reviewed discussing how well these healthcare environments were prepared to address the encountered connectivity challenges from a standards point of view. The current standards landscape is reviewed and gaps are identified leading to recommendations for future standards work.

This document provides an overview of the operation of a computed tomography (CT) system. This document specifies steps for interpretation of CT results with the aim of providing the operator with technical information to enable selection of suitable parameters.
This document is applicable to industrial imaging (i.e. non-medical applications) and specifies a consistent set of definitions of CT performance parameters, including how these performance parameters relate to CT system specifications.
This document is applicable to computed axial tomography.
This document does not apply to other types of tomography such as translational tomography and tomosynthesis.

IEC 60112:2025 specifies the method of test for the determination of the proof and comparative tracking indices of solid insulating materials on pieces taken from parts of equipment and on plaques of material using alternating voltage. This document provides a procedure for the determination of erosion when required. The proof tracking index is used as an acceptance criterion as well as a means for the quality control of materials and fabricated parts. The comparative tracking index is mainly used for the basic characterization and comparison of the properties of materials. This test method evaluates the composition of the material as well as the surface of the material being evaluated. Both the composition and surface condition directly influence the results of the evaluation and are considered when using the results in material selection process. The described test method is designed for a test voltage up to 600 V AC, because higher test voltages and DC voltage will lead to a reduced test severity. Test results are not directly suitable for the evaluation of safe creepage distances when designing electrical apparatus. The results of this method have been used for insulation coordination of equipment. It is important that use of these results also considers the overvoltage levels, creepage distances, and establishes the pollution degree to which the product insulation system will be expected to be subjected. This is in compliance with IEC 60664-1. This basic safety publication focusing on a safety test method is primarily intended for use by technical committees in the preparation of safety publications in accordance with the principles laid down in IEC Guide 104 and lSO/lEC Guide 51. One of the responsibilities of a technical committee is, wherever applicable, to make use of basic safety publications in the preparation of its publications. This sixth edition cancels and replaces the fifth edition published in 2020. This edition constitutes a technical revision.
This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition:
- In 7.3, the term "resistivity" has been replaced by "conductivity".
It has the status of a basic safety publication in accordance with IEC Guide 104.

This document specifies the general principles for the application of the time-of-flight diffraction (TOFD) technique for both detection and sizing of discontinuities in low-alloyed carbon steel components.
This document also applies to other types of materials, provided the application of the TOFD technique is performed with necessary consideration of geometry, acoustical properties of the materials, and the test sensitivity.
Although this document is applicable, in general terms, for discontinuities in materials and applications covered by ISO 16810, it contains references to the application on welds. This approach has been chosen for reasons of clarity as to the probe positions and directions of scanning.
Unless otherwise specified in the referencing documents, the minimum requirements specified in this document apply.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this document is applicable to the following categories of test objects as specified in ISO 16811:
— category 1, without restrictions;
— categories 2 and 3, specified restrictions apply (see Clause 10);
— categories 4 and 5 require special procedures, which are also addressed (see Clause 10).
NOTE Techniques for the use of TOFD for weld testing are described in ISO 10863 and the related acceptance criteria are given in ISO 15626.
