Chimneys - Environmental product declarations - Product Category Rules for products for chimneys
This document complements the core rules for the product category of construction products as defined in EN 15804:2012+A2:2019 and is intended to be used as a c-PCR in conjunction with that standard.
This c-PCR applies to products within the scope of CEN/TC 166, i.e. to products for chimneys,
- which are flue liners with sections and, fittings, and where appropriate insulation, additional walls, outer walls, air supply ducts, terminals and other components which include a new category named as accessories;
- with flue liners manufactured from metal, clay/ceramics, concrete or plastic.
Chimneys are system chimneys, connecting flue pipes or custom-built chimneys.
This document defines the parameters to be reported, what EPD types (and life cycle stages) to be covered, what rules to be followed in order to generate Life Cycle Inventories (LCI) and conduct Life Cycle Impact Assessment (LCIA) and the data quality to be used in the development of EPDs.
NOTE The assessment of social and economic performances at product level is not covered by this document.

Dieses Dokument vervollständigt die Kernregeln für die Produktkategorie von Bauprodukten, wie in EN 15804:2012+A2:2019 definiert, und soll in Übereinstimmung mit dieser Norm als c-PCR verwendet werden.
Diese c-PCR gilt für Produkte innerhalb des Anwendungsbereichs von CEN/TC 166, d. h. Produkte für Abgasanlagen,
- die aus Innenrohren mit Abschnitten und Anschlussstücken bestehen und gegebenenfalls mit Isolierungen, zusätzlichen Wänden, Außenschalen, Luftzufuhrkanälen, Anschlüssen und anderen Bauteilen ausgestattet sind, zu denen eine neue Kategorie namens "Zubehör" gehört;
- deren Innenrohre aus Metall, Keramik, Beton oder Kunststoff hergestellt sind.
Abgasanlagen sind System-Abgasanlagen, Verbindungsstücke oder Montage-Abgasanlagen.
Dieses Dokument legt die zu dokumentierenden Parameter fest, welche EPD-Typen (und Phasen des Lebenszyklus) zu behandeln und welche Regeln zu befolgen sind, um Sachbilanzen (LCI) zu generieren und Wirkungsabschätzungen (LCIA) durchzuführen, und welche Qualität die bei der Erstellung von EPDs verwendeten Daten haben sollen.
ANMERKUNG Die Beurteilung der sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Qualität auf der Produktebene ist nicht Gegenstand dieses Dokuments.

Le présent document complète les règles de base de catégorie de produits de construction définies dans l’EN 15804:2012+A2:2019 et est destiné à être utilisé en tant que RCP-c en association avec cette norme.
La présente RCP-c s’applique aux produits entrant dans le domaine d’application du CEN/TC 166, c’est-à-dire aux produits pour les conduits de fumée :
- qui sont des tubages avec des éléments droits et autres éléments de conduit et, le cas échéant, une isolation, des arois supplémentaires, des parois extérieures, des conduits d’alimentation en air, des terminaux et autres composants qui comprennent une nouvelle catégorie nommée « accessoires » ;
—-avec des tubages en métal, en terre cuite/céramique, en béton ou en plastique.
Les conduits de fumée sont des systèmes de conduits, des conduits de raccordement ou des conduits de fumée construits sur site.
Le présent document définit les paramètres à déclarer, les types de DEP (et les étapes du cycle de vie) à couvrir, les règles à suivre pour générer des inventaires du cycle de vie (ICV) et effectuer une évaluation de l’impact du cycle de vie (EICV) et la qualité des données à utiliser lors de l’élaboration des DEP.
NOTE L’évaluation des performances sociales et économiques au niveau d’un produit n’est pas couverte par le présent document.
